Cross-ruleset grouping is not supported. Form the group on one faction and one launch ruleset — the servers page has that table. The recommended or chart band, Group Finder row and door check are separate figures. Unlisted means that source did not print a number.

Find the entrance
Alliance: approach from Hillsbrad and speak to Image of Archmage Modera for access to the sewers.
Horde: approach the sewer tunnel from Silverpine Forest. Arrange a Dalaran Sewer Key holder to open the gate; the published guide says one player can open it for the group.
Get your own sewer key
Start with Magus Wordeen Voidglare in Tarren Mill. Follow these Horde quest stages:
Blood in the Streets sends you to Modera. Check your keyring when accepting Heart of Disruption; its Arcane Mote objective is inside the dungeon. You do not need to finish that objective before entering.
