How to look up WoW Forever Shaman abilities

Fire Nova is an Elemental spell with ranks from 12, not a totem. Ghost Wolf is Enhancement at 20; Improved Ghost Wolf stays a talent spend.

Lightning Bolt and Earth Shock keep long rank ladders in Elemental. Totemic Projection and Call of the Elements are the new recorded rows in the notes.

WoW Forever Shaman abilities: what changed outside the talents

6 notes

Lightning BoltChanged

Ranks 4 to 10 cast in 2.5 sec, half a second faster than Classic. Ranks 1 to 3 keep 1.5, 2 and 2.5 sec cast times.

Chain LightningChanged

Also half a second faster: rank 1 is a 2 sec cast with a 6 sec cooldown, hitting 3 targets with each jump 30% weaker. Maxed Elemental Alacrity brings Lightning Bolt down to the same 2 sec.

Totemic ProjectionNew

Choose a spot up to 30 yd away and your totems move there instead of appearing at your feet. Totemic Recall is also in the spellbook.

Call of the ElementsNew

Call of the Elements, Ancestors and Spirits each drop up to four totems from their own Totem Bar set with a 3 sec cast. Learned at levels 20, 30 and 40 respectively.

Ghost WolfChanged

A 3 sec outdoor cast, learned at 20, that increases speed by 40%. Improved Ghost Wolf rank 1 reduces cast time by 1 sec and allows indoor use; rank 2 reduces it by 3 sec.

Fire NovaChanged

An instant spell with 30 yd range and a 10 sec cooldown, damaging enemies within 10 yd of your active Fire totem. Five ranks; rank 3 at level 32 deals 126 to 142 Fire damage. Trial by Fire reduces the cooldown by 2 or 4 sec.
