Open Slam in Fury and set the level to 40: the book keeps Rank 3 (trained at 38). Rank 5 is still recorded at 54; every Slam rank now has Classic comparison status, so the group stays under Changed.
Charge in Arms is recorded at 4, 26 and 46. Heroic Strike stays in the same tab through Rank 9. The notes below are the baseline changes, not a second copy of those tooltips.

A trainable Arms passive rather than a talent: you keep up to 10 Rage when you change stances. The Arms talent Improved Tactical Mastery adds up to 15 more.
Still available; Improved Intercept stays in the Fury tree. Three ranks, trained at 30, 42 and 52 — the same first train level as Classic.
Trained at 20, 30, 38, 46 and 54. Rank 3 still arrives at 38, where Classic waited until 46, and Slam now has a 15 sec cooldown.
Usable in Battle or Defensive Stance. Rank 4 slows enemy attack speed by 20% for 22 sec and hits up to 4 targets; Classic Rank 4 slowed by 10% for 22 sec.
Still trainable, listed in the Protection tab: 10 Rage immediately plus 10 more over 10 sec, at the cost of health.
15 min cooldown and 60% less damage taken for 12 sec, where Classic had 30 min and 75% for 10 sec. In preview footage it was usable while Retaliation was on cooldown, so the shared cooldown with Retaliation and Recklessness appears to be gone.
Two charges over 7 sec baseline, where Classic gave one block for 5 sec. Still 10 Rage, a 5 sec cooldown and Defensive Stance only.
